• Payment must be received in full prior to the webinar start date. If you are paying via invoice, then this must be paid within 30 days starting on the date the invoice was issued.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing (email [email protected]) 48 hours before the start of the webinar to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the webinar will not be refunded.

  • A confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm receipt of your booking along with joining instructions.

  • Webinar joining instructions are for individual use only and should not be shared.

  • Please note, due to circumstances beyond APS’s control, speakers’, content, and timings may vary. APS reserves the right to cancel the webinar if necessary and issue a full refund of registration fees.
